Pricing
What it costs, and what it costs to do it without us.
Most agencies in this category will not print a number. We will, because the number is not the objection — not knowing the number is the objection.
Run it yourself
from $97/month, paid to GoHighLevel
You do not need an agency to answer your phone. GoHighLevel is the platform underneath almost everything on this page. It is $97 a month for one business, $297 if you want the unlimited version, and there is a free trial. Sign up, spend a weekend on it, and you will have missed-call text-back working.
We're a GoHighLevel affiliate. If you sign up through our link we may earn a commission, and you get an extended trial. It costs you nothing extra. If you'd rather not, go to gohighlevel.com directly — same product.
If you want it built but not managed: we will do it in one working day, inside your own account, for $1,997. You own it. There is no monthly fee to us and no lock-in. This is the honest option for an owner who has someone in the office who is good with computers.
- Your account, your card, your control
- Fourteen-day trial as standard; longer through our link
- Missed-call text-back inside a weekend if you push
- One working day of our time, if you want the build done
- No retainer to us. Ever.
Built with you
$2,500 to build, then $597/month
We build it in an account we manage, train you and one of your people on it, and stay available. Quarterly working session rather than monthly. For the owner who has already bought software and stalled out on it, or who has an office manager who is genuinely good with this kind of thing.
The audit fee comes off the build fee, same as the tier below.
- The Clarity Audit, credited against the build
- Configured account, missed-call text-back, booking, reviews, one follow-up sequence
- AI receptionist, standard configuration
- Two hours of training for you and one of your people
- The one-page monthly report
- Quarterly working session
- Manual fallback playbook
Never Miss Another Job
$4,500 to build, then $1,297/month
The whole front office, installed in thirty days, run by us. Calls answered around the clock, missed calls texted back inside a minute, quotes chased to a decision, bookings on your calendar, reviews requested after every job, your old list worked once, one page of numbers a month, and forty-five minutes with Shawn every month to change whatever is not working.
The audit fee comes off the build. Month to month after that — thirty days' notice, any month, no penalty, and your numbers, calendar, list and data leave with you.
- Everything in Built with you
- Talking website with Ashley
- Quote and estimate follow-up
- Dormant-list reactivation, one run
- Monthly working session with Shawn
- Call transcripts, searchable
- Google Business Profile pass
- Your front office documented on one page
The founding ten
$2,995 to build, then $997/month
The first ten Austin businesses pay the founding price, and that price is theirs for as long as they stay. When the tenth signs, it goes to standard. There is no countdown clock on this page and there never will be — there is a number, and it only goes one way.
We take three new businesses a month, because Shawn does every interview and every review call himself and there are only so many weeks in a month.
- Identical to Never Miss Another Job
- Price locked for the life of the engagement
- Ten places. Three a month.
- Still month to month. Still your data.
The audit, separately
Priced on interviews, not hours.
A three-person shop is one price; a fifteen-person company is another, because there is genuinely more to find. You will know the number on our first call, and you will know why it is that number.
Free Front-Door Report
Automated, built from public evidence only. No logins, no card, no call unless you ask for one. Anyone who completes the two-minute check gets one.
Clarity Audit — founding rate
$1,500. Interviews, transcripts, the written report, and the debrief. Credited in full against a build inside ninety days.
Clarity Audit — standard
$2,500 for one to five staff, $5,000 for six to fifteen, $10,000 for sixteen and up. Same credit clause.
Live in thirty days, or the build fee comes back.
If your front office is not answering calls, texting back missed calls and booking on your calendar within thirty days of kickoff — for any reason on our side — we refund the build fee in full. You keep the audit, the report and the roadmap.
After that it is month to month. Thirty days' notice, any month, no penalty. Your numbers, your calendar, your list and your data leave with you.
We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, review counts or a number of leads. Anyone who does is guessing with your money.
Objections, answered
Ten questions we get asked before anyone signs anything.
Why does the build cost anything when other agencies advertise zero setup?
Because you get an audit first, and because a client who has paid nothing to start tends to be gone by month two — which is bad for them, not just for us. The build fee is what the audit fee gets credited against. If you have already paid $2,500 for the audit and the build is $4,500, you owe $2,000. Nobody else in this market credits the diagnosis against the work.
Can I just buy the software myself?
Yes, and this page tells you exactly how and what it costs. GoHighLevel is $97 to $297 a month. If you have a weekend and someone in the office who enjoys this kind of thing, do that. What you are paying us for is the part after setup: knowing which of the forty things it can do are the three that matter for your business, and being the person who notices in week seven that the follow-up sequence is firing at six in the morning.
What if the AI says something stupid to my customer?
It might. Here is what we do about it: every call is transcribed, you get the transcripts, we review them together in the monthly session, and every automated path has a written manual fallback so that when something breaks nobody in your office is standing there guessing. Ashley also tells every caller she is an assistant and offers a person, every time, which prevents the single worst outcome — a customer who finds out afterwards.
Will it sound like a robot?
Play with the one on this website and decide for yourself. That is why it is there instead of a testimonial.
I already have a receptionist. Or an office manager.
Then you are not the buyer for the answering piece, and we will say so on the call. What you probably do need is the part after the call: quotes chased to a decision, reviews requested, and one page a month telling you what closed. Half the audits we run should end with “keep your person, fix these two other things.”
What if I want to stop?
Thirty days' notice, any month. Your phone numbers, your calendar, your contact list and your data are yours and they leave with you — we will export them and help you move them. There is no clause anywhere that makes leaving expensive.
How long until I see anything?
Call answering is live within seventy-two hours of kickoff, before the rest of the build. Missed-call text-back follows the day your number clears carrier registration, which the carriers control and usually takes one to two weeks. That is deliberate. The full front office is thirty days.
What do you actually need from me?
About two and a half hours in total: one hour with you, half an hour each with two of your people, and one short call to approve the messages that go out in your name. Plus one phone number and access to your calendar. That is the whole ask.
How is this different from the last company that sold me a system?
Two things, honestly. First, we look before we sell — the audit is a real deliverable that is yours whether or not you hire us. Second, there is one person accountable and he does not change: Shawn is on every interview and every monthly call, which is also why we can only take three new businesses a month.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We guarantee delivery: live in thirty days or the build fee comes back. Nobody can guarantee revenue from your market, your pricing and your crew, and the ones who do are guessing with your money. What we will do is show you, in the audit, what your current leak is worth in your own wages and hours — and then you decide whether that number justifies the fee.
Two minutes, then you decide.
The check asks twenty-two questions about how your business runs. It does not ask for a password to anything, and nobody calls you unless you ask them to.
