What we collect
When you fill out the form on our start page, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, website, industry, and whatever you write in the open text box. Our server also keeps ordinary logs, the kind every website keeps, like your IP address and browser type, mainly for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
Shawn reads what you send and gets back to you. Your information goes into our CRM so we can keep track of the conversation. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join.
The video agent
If you talk with Ashley, our video assistant, that conversation produces a text transcript, and we keep it so Shawn can read what was discussed. We tell you before the conversation starts that it becomes a transcript. You can leave the conversation at any point, no explanation needed.
Text messages and calls
We only call or text the number you gave us, and only about the conversation you started. Reply STOP to any text at any time and it stops. That's not a suggestion. That's how the system is built.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies to remember basic things, like if you have dismissed a banner, and to see which pages get visited so we know what to fix. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites for ad targeting.
Recorded sessions
To find out what is confusing or broken, we record how visitors move through our pages: where the pointer goes, scrolling and clicks. We never record what you type into a form, and we do not record anything on other websites. Ask us and we will delete the recordings of your visit.
How long we keep things
Form submissions and video transcripts are kept as part of our business records. If you want yours deleted, ask, and we'll take care of it. Ordinary server logs age out on their own.
